If I get a Euro 6 rated diesel Moho, do I get charged to drive in the UK low emission zone areas?

I just spoke with a dealer who assures me the engine is Euro 6, but when I put the reg in the charge calculator, it's costing to drive it in those areas every day?

Is it a personal reg plate off an older vehicle?

If its had a personal plate on it can take a few weeks to update.

Nope. It's been on the van for years according to MOT history

Euro 5 could still be registered until September 2016, need to check when it was registered, I bought a van that was registered august 2016 and it was euro 5 (didn’t mind as I got it half list price)

Motorhomes don't have the emissions listed so they go by date. So even if it's Euro 6 the registration date may be throwing it out as Euro5.

I'm going to have to cancel the van I think.

I spoke with the dealer earlier today and asked him to specifically check for me.
The reason I asked him so specifically was in my research regarding the van, someone on here had the exact same issue a couple of years ago

Yes, it's a 16 plate. Would have thought the dealer new better as he told me he sold the van from new and has looked after at it ever since. When I rang him he sounded genuine that he knew it was euro 6.

Have you checked the reg on the govt website for lez zones or just greater Manchester.
If I use the govt one.

Dealers pah dvla are a law unto themselves regardless of what the dealer said so many thave been caught out fiat class it as 5+

It shows charges for most places except Manchester (where I happen to live) as obviously it's been delayed here.

My 65 plate Mercedes Hymer was Euro 6, did not show as 6 on the V5C but still comes up as no charges.

See what a f*** up it is several merc cars come up as e6 even in 2015 but with m1 on the v5 fiat motorhomes come up as euro 6

It says no charges for greater Manchester. On the govt site but on the Manchester site it shows up as £14
