Some....good & bad!
Hi,
EE want £15 per week for eu roaming so looking for options.
Is Lebara a good temporary option or is there a better alternative?

It contradicts itself then as that screenshot is from todays website which also clearly states a 30gb limit for customers who joined after June 2023. When did you sign up and when did you last renew your contract?
The 30gb is their standard fair use policy, which has been temporarily over ridden by the "promotion" they have on now, they have to state it as over wise they could not reimpose it when they stop the promotion, although as they are not shouting about it, I suspect they may keep the full EU use going?
I have 2 contacts, one unlimited taken out in January so may be stopped, and an older one which will retain the full EU use.

We’re on ID mobile, both have unlimited data and my account is a few years old so I still have unlimited for roaming. Lorr only joined about 18 months ago and as posted already she has unlimited until further notice, spent 60 days away end of last year with no issues and 4 days into our current trip no issues, I use it to watch live football so quite a bit of data and all fine.

If you have one from January then that does indeed seem to be correct. I was trying just now to find a clause about using the sim in the UK for longer than you use it abroad as this is something else that a lot of providers stipulate but I cant find anything. My thinking is if I bought an ID mobile sim just before I went away in the summer, activated it here and then used it for three months in the EU it wouldn't be allowed as a lot of providers insist you must use them in the UK for longer than you use them abroad. I might contact them as you suggested.

We only really use ours abroad, but they do have a limit of 63 days like most now, I think the only way around it is to use for 2 months then down load another esim at that point.

I am with EE & they charge £20 per month for eu roaming which I get free as I have their broadband. It worked very well before Christmas in France & Spain, & I have just ordered another sim for the MiFi with the same deal. This is on a monthly contract, so I will cancel it when we come back.
Forgot to say both sims have unlimited data - one is £16 per month & the new one is £17.50.
However I think they limit you to 50GB in Europe.

Recently signed up for a Tesco Sim 250gb per month, all if which can be used for roaming for duration of contract. Also have a Lebara sim as a back up which has 30gb for roaming.
Just signed up to a Tesco pay as you go sim and it is restricted to 24GB fair use in the EU. What contract have you got - pay as you go or 12 months contract?

I need to double check but I think the pay as you go ‘rocket’ packs offer the same ie no contract
