Planning on staying at the Aire at the Elephant park on Saturday 30 th March, that’s Easter Saturday, for the ferry Easter Sunday. Is it likely to be extremely busy? Also how do you approach it from the south, roads seem very narrow just before you get there?

The roads are fine (we’ve not had any difficulties in our 8.4m tag axle).

Will it be busy? 🤷‍♂️

No facilities there now ie FW, Toilet dump, and Easter is big in Spain so it will probably be rammed with Spanish.

Don't know if it will be busy but prepare for Spanish people arriving 'late'.
We parked up there , only about 5 vans there . About 9:30 ready for an early night after a log drive.
Then about 6 Spanish vans arrived and parked feet from us despite the aire being large and empty. Then the kids played on their bikes etc etc.
Not complaining, just Spanish late culture. They were all perfectly pleasant people.

Can recommend this camper stop very handy for the ferry, gated, secure and quiet, great restaurant on the static caravan site next door.

Well just arrived at the Elephant Park, satnav wanted to take us down a really narrow track that brings us out at the top end of the car park, Google maps agreed, I ignored both and came in through the village, which was heaving with people, get to the car park by the lake, loads of room. Parked up went for a walk, came back half an hour later, cars everywhere, car park almost full, two hours later loads of room! Bank holiday weekends!
Yesterday we were at Zaragoza aire, must have been 250 vans, for a aire with 40 places, good job there were no sporting activities on!
