Elddis autoquest 130
I have recently purchased my first motorhome (had caravans a few years ago) its an elddis autoquest 130 (2010).

I have tried the water with the Whale pump and direct hose connection and the water wont come through just air and a bit splutter. I rang the previous owner and all switches and stuff are in the correct positions.

Tried this a few times, the pump is going and just no water.

Any help is greatly appreciated

The cold drain tap is closed & the yellow tap near the water heater is in the flat position

No it goes direct to the storage tank via the 12v valve below, this was getting really hit

It's not very clear what you mean.

Do you mean filling the water tank from the outside?

Or do you mean using the water inside the van once you have filled it?

Anyway, it's worth joining and paying your subs to get full access here, unless you've solved it of course. Even then, it's well worth joining.

Is your Whale pump just used for filling the onboard water tank?

Most motorhomes have a water tank (about 100 litres) and this tank supplies all cold, hot water, and supply to toilet once the pump is activated on the control panel. Some people who stay a long time on sites fit a pump to add water like a caravan setup.
