can anyone tell.me if this right , plugged a small air fryer in and the eco flow seems to cycle between 880 and 22 watts, and it goes quiet then picks up .

It is possible your air fryer is asking too much of the Ecoflow which is shutting back to protect itself. What is your air fryer rated at in Watts and what is your Ecoflow output in Watts.

Pausim, air fryer rated at 900 watts eco is 1024 watts .

The Delta2 can put out 1800 watts quite happily.

What's happening is normal. The airfryer is drawing 880W when the heating element is on, and 22W when the heating element is off.

It is normal that the heating element is only activated when it's needed.

My coffee maker does the same with my Delta2.

As above. What it is doing is normal, as the heating element kicks in and out when regulated by the temp setting.

Is the 1024 figure the inverter wattage (in Watts) or the battery capacity (in Watt hours Wh)?

As there seems some knowledgeable people out there, can anyone help with my VTOMAN 1500X ((a power pack similar to the Ecoflow) ?

I accidentally left it in the van without charge for a few weeks and, now that I'm away on the coast for a few days, I thought I had better recharge it.
When I plugged it in, it showed the battery as completely without charge.
I left it plugged in for several hours and it's still not charging, is there anything I can do or is it scrap?

The battery management system may have closed down. Try charging it on 12v DC or solar for a while - that may power up a different circuit.

Try trickle charging from a 12v source (cigarette lighter) rather than 240v.
These packs do like to be stored with a charge in them.

Solar is in short supply down on the Essex coast at the moment 😄 but I will try later. 👍

I deliberately been leaving only about 60% in it if I've not been using it for a while, I thought that was the recommended amount? 🤔

Was it fully turned off or is there a 'Standby' which still has a low current drain?

It's supposed to have an automatic close down if not used or connected for a number of minutes (I think it's 15 minutes) 🤔

They should hold charge for months, I've heard, so something's draining it.

On both my Ecoflow River 2 and Bluetti devices the automatic shut down features can be disabled.

I have just read the manual 😱 the automatic shutdown is after 6hrs.
Couldn't see any advice about ANY adjustments to anything? 🤔

I don't think mine has an app? There's no mention of one in the manual. 🤔
When I registered the warranty online I created an account with Eco-Flow and downloaded the app. Then paired it with my tablet-very basis info changes

Yes that's what they like. I must have misunderstood when you said "I accidentally left it in the van without charge for a few weeks".

The makes are all different, some have apps and others don’t. I don’t know about your Vtoman but my Bluetti does not have an app whereas my newer Ecoflow does have one. Mine are both for home use though they have been used occasionally in the van.

It does say to charge every month somewhere . I had been experimenting with mine at home to see how long I could use my erhh hairdryer, microwave 800watt and 1000 watt airfryer and best of all my electric blanket is only 70 watts -very useful in cold rainy Spain at the moment🤣🤣. I am very happy

My fault, I should have said REcharge! 🤔

I rigged it up to the independent Solar panel which I placed behind the windscreen for the short bursts of sunshine we had today but to no change. I'll try again when it's sunnier. 🤞
