what a sad day today is, but only for the very best reasons...yesterday will take some beating :thumb:

what a fantastic day, sun shinning, big outdoor brekkie, BBQ in the afternoon and 10CC, the mighty Status Quo and fireworks for the evening..and the most awsome company...it doesnt get much better

Thanks to all who came - your company was an absolute pleasure :thumb:


PS..Paul we're just going to have to take your word for it that you 'got' the Quo dance in the end...no evidence im afraid fella...but the vids do kind of imply the opposite: Rofl1:...
PPS - Jan...that cake was fantastic!!

What an amazing weekend without doubt the best meet we've ever been to

Great weather great food the best company and Quo were just amazing as was Haggers version of the Quo dance. And finally Jan has realised theres more to life than crappy old motown music and can't wait for the next proper music meet

A great meet in a superb location. It was a brilliant day from start to finish. Great company, great food great weather, great music, who could ask for more.
10 CC were outstanding, the Quo were awsome.
Much Fun was had by all.

i think we were all blown away by 10cc(it was their 40th anniversary as well), and then quo came on and were absolutely unbelievably incredible, much rockin and rollin'...and a few aches and pains today as a result

and neither sounded at all ropey!!, quite simply fantastic

Even the dogs enjoyed it,mind you they ate more of the barbecue than we did. But i dont think they had has much to drink as we did. Take my hat off to forestboy for the first beer of the day then it was all plain sailing and a lot of rocking
