I don't think that tickets are being sent out. You have to print off a copy of the e-mail they sent to you and show that to gain admission to the show.

All we got was a confirmation of payment from Pay-Pal so will print and take that.

You could ring and ask the organisers to resend the e mail. It has your name and reg number on it. They may not accept the PayPal receipt as it won't have this information.
