Hi Jim,

Please can you add me to the list?

Armed with the winch, just in case it’s as muddy as last time.

See you all there…

Once Jim has sorted booking out, I guess he will come on this thread and tell us what to do...

Generally speaking the routine is.....

Go to organisers website or phone, say you are with FUN, book and pay.

If the website does not offer a FUN discount, stop and ask or phone them. There is usually a few pounds off.

Some organisers won't let you park in the FUN settlement unless you book in as FUN at the start.

This sounds good and we would like to come along. But this will be the first one we have ever been to so please excuse the stupid questions.

Firstly will there be any EHUs? I fear my batteries will not last the full time without a charge (and I will not have any solar installed by then I suspect). Secondly, as others have asked, how do we book? Via Jim or the organiser of the event or both? Thirdly do we have to stay for all of the days or can we come early or go late?

As I said, stupid questions I know, but we all have to do something for the first time at some time and are not very good at it.:Wink:

:Smile:Hello funsters, especially the newbies,
We're waiting for Jim (:Cool:) to come back to us all ,with the discount code, before we book with the organizers:BigGrin:
Sure he'll sort it soon:thumb:

Please add us in Jim, we have booked and paid direct with organisers. Hope that this is OK.

We called them and they knew about the discount and gave us 15%.

Where will we be staying during the nights between the end of the the Chester show and the start of Peterborough show please?

pre-christmas at chester, new year near chester, easter in chester

come on folks lets spread the fuel bills, some meets more central please xxxxxxx

Gail I think it could be something to do with the fact that Hagnap lives in Cheshire and does the pre Christmas meet and I live near Chester and started the Easter meet (will be in Morroco this year) so Jim now doing what is a very popular meet. The New Year Meet is a couple of hours from Chester.

Like your selves, Jaws, and others we know our own areas and so find venues near us, I look forward to seeing meets put on by Funsters where ever they are.
