If they're legal in other countries what are the stats on accidents etc. We can look and then decide what to do here. If there's no real difference we could legalise here as well and improve our cycling infrastructure.

In other countries the public (not using the E transport) are far more intelligent in the main compared to uk people who aimlessly bumble about, talking crap, paying zero attention to anyone else, or with earphones in. The uk get so annoyed when you “sneak” or “race” up at them doing about 10 mph ringing a bell like a leper.
