Ducato Rear Damper Bolt head ID (5 Viewers)

Currently looking to swap our OE rear dampers for Koni Active ones ,
When I came to remove the OE ones I found the bolts had heads I’ve not come across before
Can anyone tell me what they are called so I can get a socket /spanner to suit ?
Found a pic online but no name of bolt type

I have a set of spanners for those Torx bolts, do a Google search for star ring spanners.
They are sometimes called double ring spanners.

Look for TX-Star sockets. They are E sizes in mm - E6 .. E50 etc

If they have six points to them they are Torx, but if they have five points they are 5pt pentalobe.

Think they are going to be Torx from memory.

Have seen a 19mm double hex socket used successfully to open these bolts but I would be wary of chewing them up if it slipped - they are likely to be proper tight to open and need to be torqued to spec when refitted. Best to get the proper E-star sockets as linked by Andy.
