DRIVING LICENCE

Does anyone know how I contact DVLA, I’ve tried phoning, writing, complaining, I’ve sent everything recorded delivery, so all has been signed as received, But just over 3 months later I am still waiting for return of licence, also includes medical certificate. Has anyone waited longer, HELP

it’s now been processed and I SHOULD receive it within 2 weeks.
