Dream Machines - Most Expensive "Motorhomes" At 2020 Dusseldorf Show

No, but that’s what toads are for. ;)

Given the height limitations Ive often wondered whether you go looking for a motorhome you can fit your car under or a car that will under your motorhome. Either way must cause some raised eyebrows in the showroom :giggle:

By the time you can afford one of these beasts, you would be too old and decrepit to get in and out of the car that slid under the motorhome and would need a Hiab or something to lift you in and out!:LOL::LOL:

And you would be confined for choice of only cars under that height, so how many models is that?

Lotus 7 or Caterham OK but probably a bit draughty in old age!

Certainly a "dream machine" but not sure if it would be a good or bad dream.
It's an oldie but a goodie ...and guaranteed not to see another when you're parked up .

I'm also willing to bet it gets photographed more and starts more conversations than most motorhomes.

Hate to imagine the mpg mind you and utterly useless on the roads I like to go on but it's pretty to look at

Unlike Morelos which seem to be two-a'penny these days  - he says longingly. Might do it when CV-19 is over, if it ever is.

Having a quiet drink and enjoying the evening sun in Southern France looking at this. I don’t think the guy in the right hand motorhome is a big Morelo fan. Talk about putting your neighbours in the shade ...😂

Some careful people can pay cash for things. So far the only thing I have not paid cash for are houses but when I downsize I will.

I understand it is better to have any large amounts of cash long term invested and to take finance at a lower rate than the invested.

That would be fantastic in principal but rather harder to achieve in practice!

I would love to know where? seriously.

Interest rates are on the floor and the stock market is proper wobbly, we ve lost money this year.

If you can get it.

Also remember the investors' motto 'Never catch a falling knife'. I could see the FTSE approaching 5,000(and other markets similar) in the medium term. I am keeping my powder dry.
