Downloader on cello smart TV (1 Viewer)

As title. Can you get downloader on Cello smart TV to put I,p.t.v on it.

I think Downloader (which allows you to side load apps that are not in the apps store) is an android only app. So if your Cello TV is an android TV, then it will be in the apps store on the TV. IF your TV is not android, then it will not. But perhaps there is another iptv app you can use that is available on the TV?

We had a Cello tv and added Downloader app. I got how to do it from a web search but can’t quite remember how it worked. Did what we needed it to do.

However……it become a bit of a non issue a few months later when I couldn’t use many of the apps! I had bought the tv (new) online and it must have been ‘old stock’ as the tv would no longer update the apps as the tv software was now too old. None of the apps would then work!
We used a firestick on it for a while after that with no issues but the screen eventually gave up on us at about two years from purchase.

We did buy another cello and are still using it with a firestick!
