As a last resort, you can pay £32 to stay overnight on the M2 Moto Services, about 1hrs drive short of Dover.

It's flat
It's on the sea
Loads of food options
Lots of wide roads with parking
It's 10 miles from Dover

Teso now has a 2.9m ht barrier. It is probably slightly higher, but we do not know how much.

Anyway I am sure like most s/markets there is a 2 or 3 hourr limit after which the parking company can issue a charge/fine., so maybe not worh the risk.

Tescos now has cameras and a 3 hrs limit so beware, no idea if working or not, use Canterbury, Temple Ewell or Maison Dieu, 2 are free one, Park and ride is so cheap and the pub used to do great food, if the Irish Manager is still there ( Canterbury) wind him up by asking him what part of Wales he is from! Did this for past 4 years twice a year before lockdown and always got a free pint off him! He will remember you and ask where you are of too, great landlord.
