Done your ‘spring clean’ yet?

Mine gets cleaned inside and out after every trip, can normally get going within 20 mins as just load up clothes and fill water tank😁😁
Off on Thursday so will probably load up Wednesday.
I’m with you except we set off Saturday at one and I threw in the few bits needed at 12.45 🤣

Cover will be off this week, service, brake fluid change & MOT & then spring clean & restock. Put it away all clean at the end of last year so hopefully not too much to do but have gathered a few bits & pieces to change & mods to do...

Going to give mine a quick wash on the outside next week, ready for Chester. Then I have someone coming to give it a proper clean and polish.

Just given the ‘Arkansas Chuggabug’ a thorough inside and out spring clean.
It’s 1st April peeps and if you haven’t done yours yet then you are slacking!!!😁

I think my old girl is looking good considering she is 33 years old this year.
I doubt there are many ‘Foster & Day’ bodies still on the road but this one is still pretty tip-top considering her aged status….
…..her only failing is the absence of a turbo on the 2.3 Mercedes diesel engine….and the fact that she is not fitted with power steering.
Apart from those two deficiencies
…super old thing she is…🙂
Any other F & D owners out there?

Paul

After every trip the MoHo is cleaned inside and out. Even on longer trips the inside gets a weekly clean. Maybe it’s just me and a little OCD 😉. Your MoHo is looking very nice. ✔️

Ours was squeaky clean until the bl99dy rain and wet roads ruined it.

In the next month, (if we ever get two consecutive days of good weather), it will receive a thorough wash and a good polish and wax.

We are off to France for 6 weeks in May and those pesky squashed French insects take a lot of removing if the m/h doesn’t have a good coating of wax. (It probably needs to be half an inch thick to protect from some of them based on past experience)!😎
Ceramic coating helps and you won’t need to wax
