Thanks for updating the thread. Would you know if a commercial 3D printer would be able to scan and duplicate the LS500 I have from my top vent? Do you think it's technically possible for someone operating on a larger scale?

Would be possible but silly expensive due to the size

Bit more Googling and I found Dometic advise 2 x LS200 as an alternative to the discontinued LS500.
I had my L500 cover stolen last month while in Portugal. I've searched everywhere for a replacement and been told every time that they're no longer available. However, I've just bought two L200's and they fit perfectly in place of the L500 cover. They just needed a little Dremel adjustment to get over the surround of the back plate to keep them flat to the side of the vehicle.
