Do I need cab aircon

I am looking to purchase my first motorhome and have it in my head I really need in cab air con but at my price range there are not many around.
I have aircon in my car and have done so for years and find it really useful in the hot weather.
Will a motorhome be different, will I regret not getting one with it fitted.
Not too bother about the habitation area as I will open windows and may get a Maxxfan fitted .

We don't have aircon. If we were bothered, we would get aircon in the hab but the underbench version which can apparently be used on the move?

I travelled down to Spain last year with no air con working in the cab and it 38degrC heat.
It was like going back to the 80's having to have the windows down but minus 3 of us fighting in the back seat.
You get used to it and it helps acclimatise you for where you're going.
