Your solar panel should keep you batteries topped up even in this weather. We have a 120watt panel and our van has been parked in the drive for over a week without being used. I have had the lights on and off when going in at night and the water heater (gas but still uses the batter for ignition) has been on every night.
Got in it today for a trip and the solar controller showed both batteries fully charged.
Even on a really cloudy day a good solar panel and controller should be putting in a decent amount, our panel puts in at least 6ah a day in the worst weather.
