Digital control EC 200

Our second night out .electric hook up on, tv etc stayed on but all lights went out.EC200 stated leasure batteries poor.and non responsive one torch between the two of us all night. Elictric heating working,fridge etc all good on hook up.I read on here to remove panel , unplug and it will reset. It did, what had i done wrong?are lights only ran off 12v, i got a five min hand over with dealer. I dont no what button on the panel i should have pressed so i pressed all of them.I have a reanult master Timberland Endeavour. Any help would be appreciated thankyou.

All new motorhomes will come with manuals. However, I stand to be corrected if you can name one or more.

We all cant afford new motorhomes.
