No, I'm waiting for an email from the dealer, once they've been in touch with Benimar. I'm intrigued as to what the email might say. I'll post as soon as I get it

I think there must be some confusion with the dealers comments, in that he doesn't know the difference between Up & Down.
If you were down plating then yes, you may lose a passenger seat.
If you were up plating, then you may get all 4 belted seats back.
Its the only obvious answer, even dealers have bad days. Bet he blames Google Translate.

We have a Benimar, up plated by Marquis as part of the sale condition and we haven't lost a seat. The rear steadies weigh quite a bit so perhaps removing them and not having them on might help.
