Dashboard heater controls

Hi all. We have a 2019 caradoi449. The dashboard heater controls only work on full.1 2 and 3 don't work. We have fitted a new resistor that slots in next to the fan motor, but it's still the same. Where else could we look??

Forgot to say. It's a fiat ducato.

The control itself maybe faulty.

Was the connector and loom immediately upstream of the resistor pack ok? Mine was toasted and needed replacement too.

Got it sorted. In the end we used some wd40 on the plug to clean up the contacts.
