Well travelled
In my Fiat based Hymer I'm trying to hard wire my Nextbase dashcam.
On the fuse box by drivers knee I've tried fuse numbers 47 and 48, electric windows using a piggy back fuse but the camera stays on all the time.
Cn some one give my a fuse to use so the camera works with ignition?

Does your interior light dim slowly when you close the door with ign off?
If so its on a live delay and power is cut once the light goes out. Takes a few seconds.

Is the Nextbase camera detachable and on a powered mount? TBH I thought about having an ignition feed to mine but decided on a permanent live as I can then leave it powered up and working when parked up in public areas but remove it easily enough at night or at home.

More than toes wet now!
This is the layout of the fuse panel at the drivers right knee of our 2013 FIAT Ducato based AT and a photo of the fuse / connections we used.

Fuse # 49 and the bolt head in the blue square is what we used for the earth.
