DAs, and THSs

Just looked at CCC website and Porth THS in June is fully booked already!

I used this one years ago after the air show. Met Scran (Steve) there he introduced me to MHF, haven't seen him since not even on line. I understand he lost his wife marylyn some time later. They use it as a fairground during the show. For the air show we were at onother one out of town by a big roman tytemple like structure can't remember the name.

Sounds like a rally on Herrington Country Park, the structure would be Penshaw Monument on the hill opposite. As a child, the park was the spoil heaps from the colliery.

THS is all we use now they cheap fr us. We had ten weeks last year with various DAs and the BCC

We have used them for years, the best thing is most of the time you just turn up, the worst thing is they attract loads of children, but most are under control, the da meets are quite good providing you haven't got someone lucky with you that keeps winning the raffle, and being outsiders I'm the only one cheering. Bob.
