4 yrs in total but not consecutively. Just bought the 3rd.
I’ve been renovating an old camper which was damp when we bought it - basically took it down to the bare bones / new insulation & ply & have put it back together. Painting atm & it’s almost finished except yesterday I noticed it looked a bit wet above the window. Took the damp tester & tried various areas. Some timber around the door is 50% damp & other areas in the van are 20%. The 50% must be water getting in the door but what about 20% - is that normal damp atmosphere (raining here a lot) or icpuld there be water getting in again. Can’t give up even though I’d love to. Am going to buy a motorhome cover & only use it in good weather!

What timber did you use ?, as some treated timbers will have moisture once treated.

Above 15% seems to be the benchmark in which damp is reported on.
