Cretin on Youtube promoting electricity theft!

I was always told you couldnt steal electricity you had to abstract it. Its a technical thing but please dont ask me to explain !

I saw a similar video quite a while ago - that person went into a chain coffee shop, did buy a coffee, sat down away from the counter and used the wifi to edit and post videos. Under the table he had his power pack plugged into the mains socket charging away. I wasnt impressed! Not much point asking the teenager barista for permission to charge as they wouldnt be the business owner paying the bills!.

By the way how efficient is charging lithium power banks? If the bank claims to hold approx 1000MWh, how many kilowatt hour units of mains electricity is used?
I suspect you've got the MWh mixed up there.
The standard ones (Jackery as an example) are between 240w and 2000w, so a quarter of a KWh to 2 KWhs. A 1KWh powerpack weighs 24lbs....the 2KWh one weighs 63lbs.
