Covid Passport and Spain

Hi,
We are going to Spain on the ferry this week (or are meant to be) but we are having issues uploading proof of our covid vaccination status onto the Spanish website that requires the passenger health declaration form (spthm.puertos.es). We have downloaded them successfully but every time we try to upload and compete the form it says it won’t accept them. Had anybody had the same issue and found a solution please?

!ast week, there was a separate form for entry either by air or by sea! Now it seems there’s only 1!

This one says you can fill it in, get a barcode, then go back to it within the 48 hrs and get the QR code.
………the mind boggles!

Dave did you go to Spain yet? Did your early QR code creation cause any issues?

Yup, left Plymouth on Sunday, into Spain the next day, no issues.
The only place the paperwork was checked was at the BF check in at the U.K. end, Spain was only interested in the passport (which didn’t get stamped as I had included my portugese residency papers )

After Spanish passport control, was Spanish customs, who were pulling all U.K. reg cars in front of me , but waved me through (my cars on Portuguese plates obv!) .

Very few motorhomes on the ferry, I counted 3 at Plymouth and half a dozen PVC’s. That’s all!

So, no issues with the QR code completed a week earlier

Just found this thread.. thankfully. We are going to Spain next week. I've had a look at the form. It indicates that you can fill in one form for a husband and wife but that it will generate two qr codes. Have I got that right?

I cannot confirm your supposition. I filled in 2 separate forms with separate emails. That does not make me correct.

Hi, what details do you put in permanent address whilst in Spain if you're travelling around? thanks

I think it makes some comment on that not being important if you don't have the address? I just put a campsite that I planned to stop at after arrival, El Astral, which as it happens I had booked for 2 nights.
