If I have worked that out correct. Your net saving would be £45 each way on two crossings. That saving is the same as the friends and family discount that members allow us to use. So my workings out that in fact on two crossings there is no discount benefit in the 1st year when comparing the 10% tgat one gets from F F code. Obviously if you used more than two crossings and managed to get a F F code used by others you would then make a better saving

Sailing on the Galicia Santander - Portsmouth presently gives Breakfast and evening meal included in the price. This is what I am tugging at around joining myself. So in the first year will not gain on two bookings. I am only using the Spain crossings this year as I am heading back to UK in a couple of weeks getting third jab and heading straight back. Just do not want to take a chance with any French fisherman causing any problems. Future trips I normally enjoy the slow drift down through France ready for the Winter, Decisions decisions

We’ve been members for 6 years we always get 30% of crossings to Spain, basic price only. Plus 8.95 breakfast allowance and 10% of food if you spend over £15. As far as I know it’s 10% off fares to France. We travel with our dogs to Spain twice a year so membership for us is well worth it. You don’t get discount off price of cabins or dogs.

Off to France this w/e (Portsmouth - St Malo outbound Sunday return following Saturday). Club Voyage saving 30%. Pays for itself.

I extended my BF membership a couple of weeks ago with no issues, they just said that if they extend it mine will still get extended so just paid there and then.
Please could you tell me what is the cost of joining from scratch. Thanks

No, I don't want a code so, the 'Usual Suspects' can calm their beating hearts.

I've just got off the phone to BF.

It would appear that they still haven't decided whether or not the
extend the membership of Club Voyage members and, as a result
they are not accepting payment for onward membership.

Thought I'd save someone a phone call.
Addendum:

Since I posted the above, BF have extended our Club Voyage membership by three months, in our case to the end of November.

I have just got off Galicia the evening meal and one breakfast are included in the cabin ticket. The card is there fore useless on board however the discount still applies to the ferry crossing cost, and the ability to rechedual your meal times are now printed on your cabin card in code, decoding displayed at Perseus office.

The card is far from useless if you are a bit canny, there are two locations for breakfast, one opens early and closes at 10, the other opens a bit later and closes at 11, both serve English breakfasts at extra cost to non members.
Free continental early, English later, saves on lunch and no checks on how many continental.
