This is the ground clearance on the Grand Canyon 4x4 @Blue Knight

But 87000 euros new as opposed to 55000 for the clever dangle system.

Ground clearance is good on the hymercar merc, especially with the 18" wheels. The pop top option is about £4000 so if not needed brings the price down a bit. The 4x4 is noisy at lower speeds, so much so I took ours to the mercedes commercial garage to check it out, they said it was normal noise from transfer box.

What kind of MPG do you achieve?.

Can I have first dibs if you sell please ?

The new version has 7G-Tronic and 4x4 can be deselected.

Sadly, still no SWB 4x4 as they are all FWD.

So far i average about 26mpg, but ive only done a few thousand miles.
Mine is automatic, but not 7 speed, the 4x4 isnt permanent it needs to be selected. Length wise, its only 5.93m so mwb i guess.

Don't know what difference there is between the old and 2019 model?
4x4 is selected on the older model like @golly van when either stationery or going very slow. Is that the same on the 2019 4x4 system.

As far as I know, its just the 7G-Tronic Plus instead of the 5G-Tronic. I dont know why Mercedes never fitted 7G into the previous range, there was plenty of room.

But then I guess it makes people want to trade up to newer models.
