Cleaning hack - nail varnish remover

From another source but nail varnish remover does a decent job of rewhitening the plastic flaps etc and cleans off grubby silicone instantly . I used a damp rag to wipe over once clean .

Buy it by the litre as 'Acetone' and refill your wifes little expensive jars before she notices it's all gone.

Be careful with the stuff, it's impressively very inflammable.
It's also a very searching liquid, which means it leaks and evaporates from almost any container.
There are also some paint and plastic surfaces that you should avoid with the stuff.

Which is why I wiped the surface with a damp rag after - just in case .
