How much should I put in the water tank to give it and the boiler a good clean , tank is 130 litres ish , also how long do you leave it in the boiler with the heat on .thanks

Think I put a 1kg bag in our 90L water tank, I left it in 48hours but didn't leave it in the water heater too long, about 2 hours without the heater on. The water tank was like brand new afterwards

I put in the whole pack, usually 2kg and mixed with warm water. I usually leave it in for the night and decant into grey tank and leave again. Rinse the fresh and you’re done.

Some use less, but in all the years I’ve never had a problem
