I know this has been asked any times but which is the better emovis or Fulli , tried to get fulli last night but can't put bank details in , but emovis is easier to sort out but a tad more expensive so I am stuck which one to go for ,so over to the collective.

Fulli works okay in both France and Spain but you do have to use a bank account that will accept a SEPA transaction in euros. I opened a HSBC currency account for euros and it works fine.

We use Fulli with our standard Barclays account.

Cheers

I've just changed from Emovis to Fully using a straight forward Lloyds bank account. Costs weren't much of an issue but I liked the idea of having a single tag for 4 countries rather than 2 different ones for 3 countries.

When I go to France I use Emovis but use Fulli for Spain,Portugal and Itally. And family members use the Emovis tag when in France as it is not registered to a specific vehicle unlike the Fulli. Both paid from Barclays UK account.

Fulli good, we used our Revolut card at sign up, was easy, but I believe most cards/accounts work if you know the details they want...

Of course a Euro account with no exchange charges, etc. should also be cheaper...?

Just been back on emovis site and it states that max weight is 3.5 for france while the tag for Spain is 6tons so how do you get away with it for France.

We have Emovis for France.
No issues whatsoever and dead easy to communicate with them.
Statements every month.
Our truck is 3850. Just came through France no issues. Going back at end of month, we will see. (maybe it thinks i'm 3500)

We use ATMB for France and the Mont Blanc tunnel. You can pay by UK credit card (which is what we do), which is a good idea in case you need to query an error. We've been using it almost every month for 3 years with no problem at all.

We have a bip and go telepeage.
Works in Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal. Pay monthly as you use. Had no problems, but do need separate enabled bank account.

Not sure what we get charged in France. Need to study the statements. Will come back to you.
In Portugal we were charged class 4 at every till, be it auto or man.

We have a 4500 A class towing a twin axle car trailer never ever been charged more than class 2 in the ten years we have been travelling to Spain👍😊
As mentioned i do not know what we have been charged in France. In Spain we pay as and when needed now as there are very few pay roads so our tag was given up as not worth keeping (unless of course you do go searching for the pay roads). In Portugal i do know we were charged class 4 each and every time. Like you a 3850 with twin axle trailer. (i suppose the classing system is different in Portugal anyway)

We got rid of Emovis and now use Fulli as it covers Italy as well as France Spain and Portugal plus it’s cheaper. Linked it to Revolut which we’ve had for years.

I use my Fulli tag on more than one vehicle, 2 cars and a motorhome, without issue!

Well, I'm in Italy now, and the Fulli tag has been brilliant throughout France and Italy, and I don't anticipate any issues when we go to Spain and Portugal later this year.

Registration was simple and quick, and all you have to do is put in your bank IBAN number during registration, and if you don't know this ring your bank and they will give it to you. I'm with Natwest, and didn't need to create any special account.

The tag arrives from France within a week, and you get monthly statements. It's all done by direct debit. Its all on a great little app that keeps track of your progress and costs. Couldn't have been more simple or efficient.

I stopped Emovis, got my £20 deposit back and now use Ulys as it covers France Spain Portugal and Italy plus it’s cheaper. There is a tarrif that is only €2, (only in the months used), I pay €3.50, (only in months used), which includes up to 1,000€ are covered for mechanical breakdowns and up to 200€ in the event of a flat tyre and extra help/advice line. No deposit, no set up fee, no commitment, no worries.

Have you actually been through a toll since you switched? Only it's easy to register any bank account but until you need to pay an invoice you won't know that it works. As I found out with my Santander account, which doesn't. And until you pay off the bill it won't let you use the tag again.

Hi I haven't heard of either before does anyone have a link to website for explanation of use payment etc. Is it cheaper or just convenience of use/travel?
Thank you

Fulli send an initial “test” invoice of €1 to check the account is working. They then refund you in their first full invoice. That was paid with no issues.
I haven’t used it yet for a toll gate. It will be a tense few seconds the first time, it always is.

I havent been through a toll barrier yet but Fulli took a test payment of 1e from my UK account when I signed up.
