Child seats for 3 days holiday ???

My Niece , her husband and their 3 year old Daughter are coming for a short holiday for 4 days from denmark ,, what shall we do about child seat for the little one when using car or MH .. I dont want to spend £70 on something I wont use again ???

I have reas all the rules and still not sure

I would suggest they either continue to travel by public transport in the UK or acquire an up to date safe child seat that meets current regulations. The decision (and cost) could be theirs. Second hand is risky unless you know the seller.

I bought the one I have offered to loan when asked to pick up a 5 year distant relative and deliver said child to their grandparent who was currently unable to drive. To be honest I walked into Halfords and bought a mid priced seat of the appropriate size. £75 for piece of mind was worth every penny..
