Could you share the pork recipe please ? Cheers !Just checked out the Hairy Bikers chicken livers escabeche recipe as I didn't know what escabeche was. Sounds delicious. We're going to try it. Thanks for mentioning.

I'd have assumed that it was a boat or motorhome diesel heater.I didn't know what escabeche was.
Yes indeed. Love liver.. but also steak n kidney pies.... but chicken kidneys.. ???Liver, yum. Kidneys belong inside steak pies. Seldom see them these days :-(
A chaps workshop isn't complete without several emptied tins to hold nuts 'n bolts when working on the motorbikes.Surely they are not the kidneys in steak pies..

Iberian pork chops are so delicious that you don't have to do anything special. Just get the butcher to chop them thick, not the thin slivers that they usually do.Could you share the pork recipe please ? Cheers !
I used to love Fray Bentos chicken and mushroom pie but for some reason they just stopped making them, proper working class grub that. A pie in a tin, lovelyA chaps workshop isn't complete without several emptied tins to hold nuts 'n bolts when working on the motorbikes. View attachment 885357
