Just driving your van and taking Brenda over to the CL and settling her in.
We've stopped for shopping at Morrisons for food.
Can't believe how many miles you've got in your van 😳

Hope you get better soon, I've given Brenda my number of you need anything when they discharge you.
I'm only 45 mins away and come to Chester a few times a week for work.
 
Thanks all Carol, and marshals first rally we enjoyed it the weather was great must remember not to park near the generator next time. Glad to hear good news about Terry

Paul thank you so much for the help you have given to TerryL and Brenda in finding them a camp site near the hospital taking their Motorhome there and Brenda shopping and settling her in, Funsters like you are quite special.
Betty Bear is a Funsters and allowed to express her opinion.
Glad you are home safely.
 
Evening all, our 3 hour journey home took over 5 boy were we ready for a cuppa amd the fish and chips we got on the way from storage to home.
apologies for not coming to say cheerio to everyone, but once the van was ready that was it we were on the move.
Thanks for all your hard work another enjoyable funster rally.
 
Thanks to our wonderful organisers. Another lovely event where we were able to meet up with some old University friends in town too.
Thanks also to the many happy people wandering by that stopped to say hello and that they loved the fur babies (Jacob and Rosa our cats).

Bren just told me gas has run out - it's a Gaslow refillable. She's on CL just outside Chester and nearest who's got any is Smithy View on MyLPG APP. She either needs to be guided there in the van or alternatively has anyone got a Calor we could borrow for a few days? Can be plugged straight in with adapter hose. 07714003927

Health update - "under observation" which means still stuck here for at least couple more days. Bit weak still, advised not to drive, but feeling okay.

Brilliant news that Terry is doing well and on the mend, and the fun community is coming up trumps again 👍

On a separate note thanks to Carol and Eddie, Red, Janine, Eddie and everyone else, oh and the weather.
 
Thank you so much to Carol and all the other marshalls and helpers who enable us to have such a lovely time at Chester racecourse. A special thank you to Carol and Martin for sorting my calor gas out !! I will be looking out for the next one..............................................
 
I had a lovely weekend, good to see friends that I’ve not seen for far too long. Thanks Carol and Eddie and the team for all you efforts and I hope you get your knee sorted very soon Carol.
 
Just a update on Terry L as a lot are asking how he is, after being taken ill at Chester Food Festival.
Brenda says thank you for all the good wishes, unfortunately Terry has had another Bleed so had to have another procedure, and now we are not sure when he will be out of hospital.
Sending our very best wishes to him for a good recovery.
Brenda is now at a site at Guilden Sutton who are being very kind to her. If any Funsters live local and could help if Brenda is stuck for anything could you please let me know.

As all the regular Chester Food Festival Ralliers will be aware through Covid this has been rescheduled and we are looking forward to it in August when hopefully the weather will be kind to us.
This year in line with the Warner's Rally's we won't be having a marquee but this will give everyone the opportunity to explore everything Chester has to offer, and I'm sure weather permitting we could have some outside spontaneous jamming sessions.
