Thanks for taking the time to visit and report back- not looking goodPopped down earlier and had a walk around... The field is super wet, as can be seen in the Photos. The area that I have circled in red is the highest, and if not driest, most solid, I don't think you get a choice where you park, but if you can, head for this area.
Also, if I remember correctly, if you need water they send you sown the tarmac road marked in Blue, this may be a ruse that will enable you to get to the more solid ground.

Don't give up hope, they tried the "No refunds" stunt one year, think it was the year it was delayed. Thanks for the heads up. That looks awful! £110 wasted!
They may give a credit note if not a refund. they have done that in the past.Don't give up hope, they tried the "No refunds" stunt one year, think it was the year it was delayed.
Carol Spoke to the then organiser and I know I got a refund if not most people.
Not had it either, really disappointed, woiuld have been our first trip away, I've already had one' wont be easy getting an Easter pitch.Haven’t had the email yet, but not surprised given the pictures posted here yesterday
Wish you luck habe spent from my last post trying to find somewhere reasonable for the weekend for us.Six of us all in our own units now scrambling to try and find somewhere for Easter. Looks like it will be a carpark for us as not prepared to pay bank holiday rates on sites!
You'll be lucky to get on the Little RooDee, I know it's expensive but I would book Delamere or Heathfield.Six of us all in our own units now scrambling to try and find somewhere for Easter. Looks like it will be a carpark for us as not prepared to pay bank holiday rates on sites!
It's offering me a pitch, Grass only, no electric... which is what you'd have at the Racecourse.Delamere appears to be full!!
The camping has been cancelled.I'm visiting Chester the week before Easter (my son lives there) so can recee the Roodee if that helps. Wednesday 27th?
My son thought he’d go to The Festival of Power at Santa Pod since Chester was cancelled only to find that it’s also been rescheduled due to the weather.Same thing happened at the 2000 F1 Silverstone Grand Prix held at Easter... although slightly later on 23rd Apr..
Carparks were a mud bath..
