Apologies again , this will be our first rally , we use an awning ( tent type thingybob ) , do we need to inform the organisers running the rally or can it be sorted with Fun when we arrive ?

Thanks Andy , yes we have booked , 64 on the list , looking forward to making fun friends . We used to tent it , towed a trailer behind motorbike , but need a bit of an easier life these days .

Hi Andy,all booked & a leap of faith as it will be our first outing in our new to us Motorhome Named Pearl an Autocruise startrail, booked with no EHU so a real test as we have very little experience 3 outings in a touring caravan 25 years ago.
Arriving Friday & looking forward too meeting fellow funsters & starting our new adventures on the road :D:D:D

@marrod23 someone who knows the difference in quality of a pasty but may bring some home made pasties to the meet (if I can persuade Mrs Jimbo50 to make and bake some) they are in a class of their own!! but pretty sure wont have enough for 86 funster units already booked! Lol. Although they worked a treat, softening up the sales team at the last NEC caravan and motorhome show where we secured the deal on our MoHo.

Hello sorry to be late posting as you probably have seen Eddie has been in hospital but now on the up, Just wondering if your good lady is into baking if she would like to put a cake into our Easter Cake competition, it's just for fun but we do have some lovely cakes. Hi Everyone, Just Booked for whole duration with EHU as we are newbies to motor homing, and dont know how the batteries will hold out.
This will be our first of three booked Funster Rallies, so be easy on us please, dont know what the initiation ceremony holds for us as yet:eek::eek::eek:.

Hi thank you he is definitely on the mend, hope your ok now after your scare, Easter suddenly seems to be getting nearer, and I expect over the next couple of weeks the number will probably sneak up to 100 vans, though we have one of our daughters getting married in a fortnight .

Hi Les & Tina, welcome to the Chester Rally, you will be fine, keep checking the threads to see what is going on, we are having a get together for all our new ralliers so you can say hello. We have the Easter Bonnett & Cake Competions a nice way to get to chat and have a laugh, any questions just ask me. Techno is my keeper of the list and I see he has added you, if you can remember your number 88 it helps with the booking in.
