As you may know Eddie and I can not run the Rally as we are selling our much loved Hymer after Eddie being poorly but barsteward has offered to Marshall so that everyone can be parked together, Janine will be helping as well and I will help with the admin.

Janine will put a link to the festival on here.
If everyone who has booked and paid could add their name to this list then I can add you to the list.
Anyone who wants to come can you please follow the link Janine will put on then when paid I can add you to the list.

Could you also add which day you are arriving to help the Marshall 's for parking.

This year Fun won't have a dedicated marquee but there is lots to see and do at the Festival and around Chester.

So sorry to hear that you are selling the van Carol,I know it would not have been an easy decision, I hope Eddie's health improves so you can get out & about, The Fun scene will never be the same without you lovely people, especially any New Years Bash.
Well done also to barsteward & Janine for taking over the booking arrangements at Chester, we will not be attending due to TinaL's health and walking constraints, but we have fond memories of our 1st ever Chester Fun Rally and the ubiquitous Tractor Pulling at the end.

I don’t know what they do at their end but we check on the gate that they are indeed Funsters using a mixture of charm and ferociousness

You have to give your reg don't you? A bit drastic I know but if they are not members black list the reg so they can not get future discounts.

Ditcha Re. The discount code Janine and anyone who has been to the Chester Meets know I was always drive everyone mad about members allocated numbers everyone remembers the number allocated on the fun list and gives it to us on arrival, if they don't know the number then there are immediately questions and checks made.
Chester Festival do give various discounts to groups and on FB so this also helps protect our discount.
