You could do the yoga in your pj's and then go back to bed!Probably both of us would have done the yoga but we didn't realise there were two 9.30s in the same day.
Oh, dont tell Mrs funfair it 9:30 am as she might take her name off the listProbably both of us would have done the yoga but we didn't realise there were two 9.30s in the same day.
Loren, not sure about the Yoga, but if you ever have the time for an chat about or intro to Nordic walking, we would both be very interested, we can acquire some sticks.Hi everyone,
I'm a nordic walk and yoga instructor and thought it might be fun to offer a yoga class on Saturday morning 9.30 in the marquee to set us up for the day and blow away any cobwebs from Friday night. As the weather is unpredictable and the grass can be wet I'll do a standing practise aimed at strengthening bones and balance. Any ability is welcome as my classes are totally inclusive of all abilities including total newbies. Just wear comfy clothes and trainers or similar as we won't do bare feet. So if you fancy having a go let me know on this thread.
Loren

If anyone else wants to learn I'm happy to teach a group. I've got 15/20 sets of poles.
