Thanks Jan/Mike I've got 5 pages of names and I'm trying to match who is doing the quiz making cakes etc so if I use the booking number it's helping a lot, sorry I'd not spotted you,

Did you see my post when I mentioned that the entrance has been widened so not such a tight squeeze to get in now. :)

Hi everyone,
I'm a nordic walk and yoga instructor and thought it might be fun to offer a yoga class on Saturday morning 9.30 in the marquee to set us up for the day and blow away any cobwebs from Friday night. As the weather is unpredictable and the grass can be wet I'll do a standing practise aimed at strengthening bones and balance. Any ability is welcome as my classes are totally inclusive of all abilities including total newbies. Just wear comfy clothes and trainers or similar as we won't do bare feet. So if you fancy having a go let me know on this thread.
Loren

Hi Carol, us and @irv636 will do the quiz again, we just need another couple to make up the numbers thanks.

#10 [I am not a number :p] has no idea - which bodes well :unsure: - has been ticked off for the quiz... :confused:?
Life is just so confusing :oops:.

@ludo (No 7). @Dave K (No 23). @Dergrowler (No 28). @Jimbohorlicks (No 30) @jockaneezer (No39)
@Beacons (6). @westhamman (11) @Tykatem (12). @Electraglide (13). @Brendan @irv636 (20)

Just a quick catch up as I'm sorting out what's what at Chester

Do you want to put your names down for the quiz, just to give me an idea of numbers.

Also we have on Saturday night the Cheese and wine Jacobs table, bring what you want, and music evening.
Sunday our Easter cake table bring home baked would be lovely but shop bought quite acceptable bring along your mug of coffee and of course it's always fun to have the Easter Bonnett competition
There are prizes the more that enter the more fun, but as always np pressure.

Full details are at the start of the thread

Can I ask that everyone remembers their numbers it will help me a lot.

:dance:

We put ourselves down for the quiz before numbers were mentioned
so here it is 35 (y)

Probably both of us would have done the yoga but we didn't realise there were two 9.30s in the same day.

Loren, not sure about the Yoga, but if you ever have the time for an chat about or intro to Nordic walking, we would both be very interested, we can acquire some sticks.

I'll bring some with me to Chester and take you out for a walk round the racecourse to see what you think.

Can I join, want to learn how to use mine as well
Of course you can. Thinking maybe Saturday afternoon 4pm might be a good time but I'll check with @Carol as we are marshalling so need to make sure I'm not needed.

If anyone else wants to learn I'm happy to teach a group. I've got 15/20 sets of poles.

We would both be interested in this please - been wanting to do this for a while, might just be the incentive we need!

Thanks

Alb & Elaine :)
