Barclays Reward card and have been using this for the past couple of years.

Note no hidden charges that I am aware of. No fees and the exchange rate is calculated at the Std Visa competitive rate at the time of the transaction. This was a ‘WHICH recommended BEST BUY!!

It is an old article but I believe is still true..
I couldn't find any evidence on the Which? website to suggest that Barclay's reward card is a best buy... in my experience, not one of the major clearing banks can provide overseas spending cheaper than Starling or Chase..

you sound like my accounts lady, she was all over that job on Wednesday, from memory overseas fuel £480.00 (Outlander Commercial - it’s a PHEV 27mpg) 14 hotel rooms (2 separate rooms for two old blokes) £1500.00, tolls (forgot my Bip n Go) £148.00, meals about £450.0, extra equipment from Costarama probably made up the rest - it soon goes Jim - I promise you I’m not making it up and with an ordinary Tesco Clubcard there is a 2.75% transaction fee - all came to just over £60.00
