Cheapest ferry booking site

want to go from south coast to France which is the cheapest route and which sit has the cheapest fares ??? Newhaven ,Portsmouth both OK not Dover please

I'm on the phone to them at this very moment holding on while they change my booking and holding on as they have tried to do the same to me. They've agreed the lower website price. Their website is a mess.

well i just phoned DFDS and they quoted me a much higher price £408 than £248 online even with over 60s discount ???? Im confused WTF

Something seriously wrong there.

Booked earlier this year for 2x 60+ with 4x7m moho one way Dieppe Newhaven at 1800hr on 30th June - £90.60.

OK now sorted , called them again , got a different person , a nice lady who told me they had computer problems , now booked on 5 June until 5 July night sailings total £261.20 return but they could not take payment as payment system now down so they will call me As soon as its back up

I've just had the same an hour ago when amending to delay my already booked outward by 10 days. The chap (Connor) said there was £178 to pay. I told him that couldn't be right because if I cancelled my original outward I could make a new outward booking at the website price of only £78 (before discount). He was very confused (inexperienced?) and said he needed to check and would call me back. 15 mins later he called back and said he had amended my original booking as I had requested. Not only that, but they would issue a £13 refund because my new outward crossing is cheaper than my original (earlier) booking!!
Their website has had glitches for a couple of months but the staff are usually very efficient with new bookings and with amendments.
