The one I bought from Maplin Electronics looked identical to that one. I certainly wouldn’t use it for mains but vehicle work it’s survived my time as a bus fitter for seven years. It’s now in the van tool box.

I've got a Uni-T one I normally use, but this would make a good back up in the van.

I've got one of these I use in the van. Measures the same voltages around 12v as the fluke one at work. I don't use them for anything other than the odd continuity and general 12v stuff.

You've also got to think about payload with the AVO

True but if they they weren’t cheap people wouldn’t buy them and the wouldn’t have any wages, same goes for £3 tee shirts in Primark. I’m not condoning it but that’s how it is.
