Channel tunnel / date changes / Tesco

If we book our return trip on the Chunnel with our Tesco vouchers (as last time couldn’t book return leg separately ) can they be changed if we have to adjust to going out coming back dates ?

I did book but did NOT use the vouchers.
A few Chef and Brewer pub lunches coming up.

It's not quite so good value since they scrapped 3 for 1 and now have 2 for 1. We have Tesco credit cards which we use for everything, paying it off every couple of days. I don't use my bank card at all, just the Tesco card. I'd say when we were getting 3 for 1, we were getting 2 Eurotunnel crossings (motorhome and 2 adults) per year pretty much free and that was at peak times. I normally cash in slightly less club card vouchers than we need for a crossing, then top up with the credit card, maybe £10-£20.
