Chair recommendations

I'm looking for an inexpensive! folding chair - the ones that fold into a cylinder shape (rather than folding flat).

Are theft any half-decent ones?

We are on our 3rd set, we bought cheap so bought thrice.

The latest ones, which were not cheap, and have lasted longer than the other two pairs put together were made by Brunner
They have a selection to choose from here

Comfiest & lightest so far!

We have been using the same chairs for three years now. Still going strong, I would also recommend them. Quick to assemble and pack up and take very little space in our PVC.

Our Isabella Thor chairs were crap so I certainly wouldn’t recommend those and they weren’t bloody cheap either

Hopefully the Brunner chairs we’ve got now will last a bit longer, also they fold flatter and are a lot lighter than the Isabella’s were

Best collapsable chairs that fold into a tube bag that we ever bought were from Aldi. They were high back and padded and for what we paid for them, great.
We had some small (like director chairs) that were of similar design but after sat in them for a while, they cut into your legs where the front of the seat material ended.
We have Isabella Thor chairs but these fold flat and are quite big but comfy. I did look at swapping them for Dukdalf's but couldn't justify changing for the small amount of weight difference.
