Similar to us when we caught it (well, except the D & V); unpleasant for a few days and a loitering hangover type headache for about a week but, in reality, of no real consequence.
I had flu some 30 years ago and I know which one I’d prefer to catch again and it isn’t the one I caught when I was much younger.

Indeed and both comments not fully generalisable, deaths associated with Covid between week ending the 6th of January and 17th February is 4,086Indeed, as is the case with your friends but it is true to say that, from a public health perspective, catching Covid is no longer a significant concern and is, essentially, the point I made in my initial response.

Sounds like you have adopted the good practice of still keeping distance etc one of the science sites that is a good one to look at if your interested is the Zoe health study they do some cracking podcasts there was one about Coffee and it’s affects all quite interesting stuff.
