At the Carmarthen Showground, So easy to get to. just at the end of the M4. Park and ride into the Oldest city in Wales is right outside the showground. Dates for your diary are... 10-05-2013 to 12-05-2013

No need to book with the organisers, just turn up and pay on the day. £26 arrive as early as you like on the Friday and leave anytime before midday Monday.

We had a fantastic time here last year. A nice little show, next to some of the finest scenery in the country and a Funster marquee. What more could you want?

It's my Mums birthday that weekend and she has a motorhome but isn't a Funster. If she wanted to come, would she be allowed?

It used to be a town. But we have a Debenhams now:Smile:

Question Jim,

Is there now a bypass from the old A40 at St Clears?
Too long ago to remember nearly I came off the road
by the bridge there and down a 15' bank in
a Scammell Recovery Truck.
Ended up in hospital for a few weeks.
Nurses were brilliant though.


Would love to see Carmarthen again
so will try to make rally
.

Carmarthen 2012 was our first outing in the Burstner and our first exposure to The Famous Funsters :Rofl1:

This was a picture I took while passing the site a day before the outing:

This was the next evening - we even had our very own lake :)

I think your first funster exposure resulted in a very late night in a very warm marquee:BigGrin: I remember it well, I think:Eek!:

The nightclub was amazing!! One minute it was boiling hot and the next, freezing!

... and by 5am, empty - bar one!

Hi Jim, we would very much like to meet Treacle's mum and will simply put up with the fact that the Sheriff and Champers will be there :Wink: and Highwayman, sorry to see StitchUp didn't stick his name down, as we were moored next to him last year on his very first outing. A lot of last years seem to be there, Toledo, I trust Peter will be coming as I need Wesh cakes.

It was the hottest and most expensive show I've ever been to, this year it will certainly NOT be. Looking forward to it........Griff + Jackie :thumb:
