Clicking on contact form takes you to webpage you can log your request. Hope that many will go to the April Show instead & waiting to see if this years tickets will also be valid for the September Show for those that can't make April.

UPDATE: Stratford Touring Park couldn't offer discounted rates for Funsters in the main Touring Park campsite but there may be some availability paying full price - details here https://www.stratfordtouringpark.com/
Not heard back about whether the Show organisers could still offer "wild camping" under their license but following their recent Facebook Community chats think it is highly unlikely & would have been offered by now. Will update on ticket info. once we know more.
Good news  - we have an alternative camping offer at £10 per night for the same dates https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/next-week-pitches-available-camping-offer-£10-per-night-new-forest-16-21-september-2020.227198/ - PM me if you would to take advantage of that offer :active: Life events allowing we should be there! 🤞

Us too - presume all Fun discounted bookings will now be refunded as the code was for online booking:
"We have been advised by Off Road UK that the event, INTERNATIONAL CAMPERVAN SHOW ... 'LATE SUMMER' EDITION 2020 on Saturday 19th September 2020 at 10:00AM has been cancelled due to Covid restrictions.

If you have booked online, or by telephone with TicketSource, we will initiate a refund for the value of the tickets and booking fee. You will receive a notification of the refund process in a separate email.

If you have booked and paid by any other payment method, please contact the event organiser directly.

If you have any questions about the cancelled event, you can email the event organiser, Off Road UK directly using our Broken Link Removed.

Thank you,

The TicketSource team
On behalf of Off Road UK"

Seems fair & fast - a good sign (y)
This latest email explains it:
"The following additional information for "ADVENTURE OVERLAND SHOW ... 'LATE SUMMER' EDITION 2020" and "INTERNATIONAL CAMPERVAN SHOW ... 'LATE SUMMER' EDITION 2020" has been posted by Off Road UK.

Dear 'valued customer',

I say 'valued' because without you the visitor we simply would not have a show. Okay, due to Coronavirus we didn't have a show, not now or previously back in April, but you are still the driving force behind the planning of our events.

Now with two events cancelled ('Spring' edition April 2020 and 'Late Summer' edition September 2020), and ticket sales transferred from the 'Spring' edition, to avoid possible confusion we have decided to refund every booking received for the two shows.

Basically we're going to start with a blank sheet.

Interestingly, folk have already been asking when ticket sales for the next edition of the event ('Spring' 2021) will go on sale.

TICKETS FOR THE 'SPRING' EDITION OF THE EVENT GO ON SALE 19:00 11th SEPTEMBER 2020.

Should due to Covid-19 the 'Spring' edition also be cancelled, likewise all bookings will be refunded immediately without quibble.

Even more interesting is the fact that 8 traders have already booked up for the 'Spring' show ... that's loyalty for you!!!

Thank you for your patience during what has been an atrocious year for everybody - traders, us organisers and you the paying public. Let's hope this wretched virus is conquered soon, then we can get back to the great outdoor life.

Tom McGuigan (Event Director, "Adventure Overland Show" + "International Campervan Show")
Damo Jones (Co-founder of Inspiring Campers & Face of the "International Campervan Show")
Ash McGuigan (Media Manager, "Adventure Overland Show" + "International Campervan Show")
+ All of our Volunteer Events Team

If you have any questions about the event, you can email the event organiser, Off Road UK directly using our Broken Link Removed.

Thank you,

I guess that means I lose. Still, a good cause.

Sure Emmit can sort new tickets for you & Jimbohorlicks with the organiser - you both bid on the auction & won prizes that have yet to be fulfilled.

We have the e tickets so they should be transferable at the worst case scenario I would assume, Which we will do to save any issues with Emmit and his charity situation

I didn't read the last message from the show organisers, re starting again and refunding all the tickets, it is possible therefore that the auction won tickets won't be transferred. I will have to review that in the morning and will try to contact the organisers for their remedy (y)
Emmit for info.

Now that the dust has settled on the cancellation of Stratford. What other plans have people made??
I had planned to have mon-Wed at Stamford c&mc then come west to Stratford Thurs-Sat then home to Liverpool on Sunday.
Now turning east and going to Sutton c&mc thurs-Fri and home Sat.
Tried Jasmin but our leader is full, will pop in and pick some stickers up and say hello any way.
So what's everyone else up to ??

We’ve decided not to book an alternative scheduled event due to imminent threat of cancellation, so we’re going to have a nose at Glastonbury instead.

We have booked on to the actual racecourse campsite for 5 nights so expect to see a few Funster badges about!! Weather looking good so a ‘poodle’ along the river and just sitting and chilling will suit me fine.

We have booked two nights at a THS just the other side of Stratford, it's on a campsite, 'Riverside' still in walking distance of the town.

We can still meet up with our Son and his wife as we'd planned who live that way.

Good to hear that new plans have been possible for most (y)
Please note that for this camping offer for the same dates https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/next-week-pitches-available-camping-offer-£10-per-night-new-forest-16-21-september-2020.227198/ if the "Show" doesn't go ahead then we have been most firmly reassured that the camping still will :)
If we hadn't made arrangements to meet our Son, we would have jumped at this. 😕

Edit to add.. we're try to rearrange so that we can 'do' the NewForest..
