My local garage have had the motorhome for 8 days and say they cannot get the parts

There are several rear brake designs, the main being drum or disc. I do know there are at least two versions of the drum brake adjuster depending on which shoes are fitted. Take some photos and look on coastalmotorhomes.co.uk. They are friendly and very knowledgeable.

I have rang Costal motorhomes and spoke with Martin. Super helpful man.

There are as suggested two types of brake adjusters. No point in asking the garage which type they need so I have ordered both sets of adjusters and a fitting kit. They didn't have any brake shoes in stock so had to order elsewhere (Europe).

Bloody garages are a nightmare.

I always use Autodoc. always managed to get everything for my 1989 ducato .shoes, complete spring kits , wheel bearings , brake balance valves, rubber pipes.
Another to try is repuestoscoche.es which is autodoc under a different name. they also do the same in the UK but I cannot remember what the uk one is called. For some peculiar reason you can look on autodoc & they have only items available from 2 suppliers yet repuestocoche will have the same from 10? ^ vice versa.
Oh & the invoices always come as autodoc regardless whom you buy from

Update:

AUTODOC have not processed the order. Carried out an online chat and was offered £10 Off my next order. Requested they cancel the order.

Now ordered the discs from https://www.rickcharnockcomponentsltd.com this morning

Who said they can deliver to me/the garage for tomorrow.
