Morning all, We have about 4 days to get from Carcassonne in France to our ferry at Bilbao in late August. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for campsites in Andorra, N. Spain, S France or anywhere between the 2 points really. Quite happy to be in the mountains or not, ideally on a lake or a river. We have 3 kids under 10 so preferably somewhere they can run around without upsetting everyone. Equally happy with big sites with loads to do or small quiet sites.

Thanks in advance!

Hi, we’ve stayed at Camping Midi Pyrenees near Montréjeau which was lovely! Infinity pool with an amazing view 😊

Also stayed at Camping Zumaia. Decent campsite, the approach is through an industrial estate but once there it’s good. The walk into town is along the river. Zumaia has an amazing beach with cliff/rock formations that was used in Game of Thrones! I’ll try and add a pic!

Have a look on one of the camping and touring apps, searchforsites.co.uk, ACSi or one of the others, you'll find loads of sites from the interactive maps which fit your particular needs - all of the apps have recomendations from their users, photos, descriptions, lists of facilities etc.
I always use one or other of the apps to find my ideal.
