Similar issues here except it is my phone number that is being refused. It doesn't matter what format I use, with or without the leading zero it makes no difference. The problem is compounded by not now being able to access that part of my profile where details such as phone number, home address etc are stored so I can't just try updating my phone number to fix the problem. The only part of my profile I can get at is 'language spoken'. I haven't bothered trying to contact them yet as I guess they will be concentrating on the bigger problems to start with before they get round to issues affecting only a few users.I will tell you what is wrong with it. I have downloaded the new app and it will not let me log in, it says my e-mail address is incorrect, not so it is the same e-mail address I have always used for them. I have tried to contact them by many means, all of which are temp unavailable, e-mail, phone and whats app, all to no avail. Who are these people they employ to do these updates, obviously people who cannot do there jobs correctly.
