They seem to have changed thier website and App, I now find I cannot access my account by either method... the website and App both keep crashing when filling in the 'Contact Form'.

I've tried sending them an email, I'll wait to see what happens.

Plus the new look seems awful.
 
I'm really not seeing any noticable changes on the app.
Are you on version 100.6.3 ?

The app works fine for me.

Just checked mine and it did a mandatory update to version 200.0.0. Its all in French and not sure yet how to use it.

Bottom right is the profile section then second sub menu is setting where you change language

Well I managed to change the language to English, but what a balls up they have made.
There appears to be no map, you have to search via the area you want.
Not at all happy with this.

Cannot get it to bring up a map.
On iPad version, the map icon is at the top on the right, with “Access”on the left . The Access tab just seems to generate the new access code thing.
The “Discover” options are of little interest to me, but maybe others use CCPs differently?
I don’t think the iPhone version has updated yet?

How utterly ghastly! The website is worse than useless now. When researching stopovers or topping up my account, I always preferred using the website on my laptop as opposed to squinting at a miniture version by way of the app on my phone screen. And what about those people who don't possess a smartphone?

You could always try the time-honoured "uninstall/reinstall" approach.

How do you get the latest update, mine is on 100.6.3
Not used our card for a few years and thought we still had some money left on it, I WhatsApp messaged them, they said …Hello, as your account has been inactive for more than 18 months, your balance had been made safe, I just released your balance. So you have 38.60€ available

Go to play store and update.
 
No different than it's ever been here.
But have you updated the app?

New version on android tablet let me login but no 'interactive map' and no sign of previous stays. Shows my €3 credit but unable to get into details of sites and lots of 'error has occurred...' messages (including the FAQ).

Now can't login on android phone (on either the old, or updated version). And password reset facility doesn't seem to work... 🤷‍♂️

Website no longer seems to provide any functionality, just pushes you to app (which can't be right...). Can't even find a login option.

Glad I'm not trying to find somewhere to stay tonight :oops:

I guess they'll be running around trying to fix the mess...!?
Would be good to have some email updates.

Roll on the next update. ;)
 
Version 200.0.0 is the worse release of an updated app I have ever seen. They obviously have not done any real end user testing.

Without a map its useless. I do not know all the region names and towns of France!

I have sent a WhatsApp message to them. I wont be using CCP again if they don't sort it out.

(I am using Android).

Maybe they’re testing it on the flakey android systems first? 😜

Two more observations:

1. It has lost my Pack Privilege membership! Luckily I also have the old app on my tablet so I have taken a screenshot of my membership details before it also gets updated.

2. If you close the app and reopen it, your language option is lost. It reverts to French even though English is still selected in settings. You have to select another language, let that load and then reselect English.

These are very basic errors that should never have been released. I will be reporting them.....
